Requesting help
Include the app version, device/iOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. If needed, attach a screenshot with personal information hidden. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary identity documents. Share support details in the app creates text with the version and catalogue count; it does not send it automatically.
Purchases and refunds
For permanent packages, try Coin Shop → Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Consumable coins are stored on the device. Real payment refunds are requested through Apple’s Report a Problem service; local tests in this development build do not charge money.
Local records and privacy
Paintings save automatically on this device. Continue from My Paintings. Clear all paintings removes progress only, not favorites, preferences or all purchase records. Email us about data rights or child-related privacy requests. The Privacy Policy provides more information.
